美國Rice Lake 880/880Plus是一款稱重傳感器儀表/控制器，連通性很強(qiáng)，自帶USB、RS232/RS-485、以太網(wǎng)Ethernet TCP/IP接口。通過USB可直接連接PC、打印機(jī)、鍵盤和USB驅(qū)動(dòng)，滿足各種過程控制要求。

稱重控制顯示儀表接受稱重傳感器輸出的模擬信號(hào)，經(jīng)內(nèi)部采集處理后，計(jì)算并顯示出秤體上物料的重量值。對(duì)秤體上物料的重量值與設(shè)定值的進(jìn)行比較，如果重量值達(dá)到了設(shè)定值，控制器就輸出控制信號(hào)給執(zhí)行設(shè)備。

稱重控制器是集成了稱重和控制功能為一體的裝置，同時(shí)兼容工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線，例如Modbus，可以和工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)常用的控制器PLC，DCS等結(jié)合使用，方便工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的工程師解決工業(yè)稱重的問題。

Designed with the user process in mind, Rice Lake’s Performance™ Series indicators/controllers are packed with power, yet are simple in design. The innovative 880 and 880 Plus accommodate a range of connectivity—from USB and RS-232/RS-485 to Ethernet TCP/IP. Either connect directly to a PC through the USB device or use the USB host port to connect a printer, keyboard, USB drive. Over 20 time- and weight-based setpoints provide ultra-responsiveness to handle any process-control requirements. Intuitive multifunction menu key improve navigation to access features and the IP69K-rated gasket effectively keeps internal components out of harm’s way in NEMA-required environments.

The RICELAKE 880

The sleek design of the 880 not only looks great, it also is a great fit into existing and new panels alike. At just under five inches deep, the efficiently designed enclosure fits easily into compact spaces with built-in DIN-rail clips and designed to make mounting quick and effortless. The 880’s modular design enables the display to be mounted externally from the controller, useful for instances when it is inconvenient to mount the controller on a conventional panel.

The RICE LAKE 880 Plus

The 880 Plus has all of the powerful features of the 880, but enhanced with a numeric keypad and universal enclosure. When connectivity is necessary but a panel isn’t readily available, the flexibility of the universal enclosure adapts to your environment.
